Gear Flow Meters
The core components of the circular gear flowmeter are two meshing gears that rotate under the impetus of the fluid. When the fluid passes through the flowmeter, the rotation of the gears will divide the fluid into several fixed volume flow units. Every time the gear rotates a circle, a certain volume of fluid will pass through, so the flow rate can be accurately measured by counting the number of gear rotations.
It is a new type of volumetric flowmeter, also called Fuda flowmeter, which is used for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of the flow rate or instantaneous flow rate of liquid in the pipeline. It is suitable for the flow measurement of high viscosity media such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, resin, etc., and can accurately measure small flow rates.
